As a Account Manager – Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment Conduct all activities in line with our core values, and non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon Primary resource for the SDM to assist in executing all activities as outlined in MtJC Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries Accountable for the use of Job Center in location to manage the jobs at hand. Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness Work with IWS Project Managers and / or other PL's SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements Responsible for ensuring completion of training and development of Field population Primary contact for client for job planning, preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BKR Be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for BKR to operate outside of product specifications, client asking BKR to execute work in way that is not aligned with the BKR SOP…) Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash Coordinate with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location Assist other s with Technical Peer Reviews Drive the culture of discipline of the 5 Fundamentals of Service Delivery: -Project and Deployment Readiness - Risk Assessment - Management of Change - Incident Management - iMtJC process compliance Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor degree , with preference for an Engineering, scientific disciplines 4-5 years of relevant work experience as Service Delivery Coordinator Be fluent in English and Italian, verbal and written Experience working with SAP and CRM ERP Demonstrated skills working with Office, and digitals tools.
