About the Team: The Zillow end-user support team provides IT support to all our internal employees.
This team is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience!
The Zillow end-user support team will leverage modern tools & platforms to support our customers.
Support items include SCCM.Responsibilities:Operational support & coordination.Complete and handle emergency parts orders, including price review, delivery scheduling, release, and planning activities.Collaborate with the operations team to schedule work and ensure material sourcing aligns with customer needs.Schedule and coordinate Service calls, clearly communicating details to both customers and technicians for seamless Service.Manage a team of 20-25 in-station customer support associates providing local customer Service.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a field Service engineer.This position requires the individual to provide Service support in the hospital/clinical laboratory environment.Experience using CRM and Service management software to streamline workflows.Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in an environment that's all about support, fun, and creating unforgettable memories.
