Service Delivery Intern

The intern will provide assistance within the Service Organization department interacting in the three areas: pre-sales, service delivery and professional services.This internship is in Puebla, Mexico, and reports to our Service Delivery Manager in Mexico.**Your areas of responsibility**:- Assist with configuration tasks in Service Delivery- Attend key meetings related to presales opportunities- Support with internal reporting- Follow up with open items from JIRA ticketing system- Assist with inventory forecasting on key accounts- Assist with meeting preparation- Assist in the development of procedures when required- Analyze data to anticipate future needs**What we're looking for**:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite- Power Bi and Excel mandatory- An analytical mind- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities- University student in a business-related field- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.- A proven and proactive 'Can Do' person- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.- Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed.
