Service Desk Agent

Do you speak English? This position is for you!We are looking for a competent**Service Desk Agent**to provide quick and effective technical assistance related to software and hardware. You will answer queries on basic technical issues, resolve or offer advice to solve them.**Requirements**_**:_- Fluent English (Spoken/Written)- 2 years' experience in customer service- Must reside in Guadalajara.- Education: High school or equivalent- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control- Ability to diagnose and resolve BASIC technical issues.- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)**What we offer**:- Salary Between$18,000 to $22,000 according to experience.- Benefits from day one, food vouchers, private medical insurance, and more!
