Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-BRP offers a career opportunity as Service Desk Agent - Asset Administration; customer oriented, goodcollaboration with teammates, experience working with multi-functional teams, analytical mindset, organize, plan and control work around asset administration and tickets resolution following our IT Operation Model.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Bachelor or Technical education on computer science- 5+ years of experience working in IT Support- English (Speaking 75%, Writing 100%, Reading 100%)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS- User service-oriented (make our culture unique, use our values: Passion, Drive, Ingenuity, Trust)- Good teammate (attend meetings, collaborate, Maintain good relationship with colleagues)- Multi-tasking- Troubleshooting skills and effective problem solver- IT background in a manufacturing Equipment- Highly organized and planning skills necessary- Analytical thinkingMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain IT equipment Inventory Levels:- Monitor storage rooms are organized and clean- Follow process for good receipts- Follow process for goods shipping- Coordinate asset disposal- IT equipment Asset Quality:- Ensure appropriate level of device ready to use for Service Desk purpose- Ensure preventive maintenance for shopfloor critical devices (production, custom, shipping.)- IT equipment Data accuracy- Execute device refresh (printer, computer, mobility etc.) plans- Organize and monitor IT equipment status changes (active, inactive, available, disposal, etc..)- Audit data integrity and check inventory levels regularly- Regular end user support (Professional's office environment) and Manufacturing Environment (commonly called Shop-Floor)- Collaborate with our partners for service delivery and follow-up on open ticket until resolution. Escalate in timely manner to warranty business continuity.- Adequately manage priorities according to agreed time intervals (SLA) to ensure rapid resolution of support tickets cycle (updates with appropriate information)
