Services**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Reviews iET tickets on a daily basis to ensure all have a transfer owner and transfer rep assigned.- Make sure that no unassigned tickets are left at the end of the shift.- Follows up on resolution progress with 2nd and 3rd level IT members in NA on issues that have been escalated.- Responds to the needs and questions of IT customers.- Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.- Remains abreast of Knowledge Database documentation.
Makes suggestions for changes.- Attends regular meetings with NA Service Manager and the other MAHLE IT SSC team.- Overtime as needed.
**Your Skills & Strenghts**:- Familiar with PCs, laptops, current operating systems, MS Office, internet browsers, basic networking and active directory.- Associates degree preferred in Information Technology or 3-5 years experience as a Service Desk agent.- Spanish and fluent English.- German speaking (preferred)- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.- Ability to write business correspondence.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
