**Responsibilities**:

- Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks following closely clearly defined standard opreating procedures
- Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
- Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provides technical support across the company (in person or over the phone) with clearly defined standard opreating procedures
- Sets up accounts for new users
- Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary
- Tests new technology
- Administers and maintains security of operating systems
- Restores files or systems by designing, writing, and implementing back-up procedures with clearly defined standard opreating procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree in Computer Science with a strong interest in and affinity to Information Technology. Alternatively an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
