EagleBurgmann is a joint venture between the German Freudenberg Group and the Japanese Eagle Industry Group.**Responsibilities**:- Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks following closely clearly defined standard opreating procedures- Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks- Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests- Provides technical support across the company (in person or over the phone) with clearly defined standard opreating procedures- Sets up accounts for new users- Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary- Tests new technology- Administers and maintains security of operating systems- Restores files or systems by designing, writing, and implementing back-up procedures with clearly defined standard opreating procedures**Qualifications**:- Associate degree in Computer Science with a strong interest in and affinity to Information Technology.
