Our aim is to provide an awesome experience through handling the cases raised and providing a resolution at the first point of contactProvide an Awesome Experience to our diverse pool of customers Internal (Employees) / External (Vendors) following process guidelines:- Ticket handling to ensure resolution of issues through our different contact channels- Data analysis to provide insights into end to end process improvement- Collaborate in a global enviroment for process and document standardization- Work as part of a global team to drive our growth strategy- 2-3 years of relevant professional working experience, preferably within HR, help desk/service desk or service process handling in an international support function - Microsoft Office experience- Excel at intermediate level- Language: Fluent English- Knowledge handling SAP HR / Finance (Accounts payable & T&E) - Workday Knowledge- Thrives and works best in a team environment- Ability to handle multiple requests at a time- Customer centricity mindset- Lean Mindset**Join the global LEGO® team!**What's in it for you?
