Tech Mahindra is looking for experienced Service Desk Agents to provide service to a retail company in the USA with over 500K employees to provide support through inbound calls related to issues with their domain, operating system, RAM memory, common Windows issues, VPN connection, Outlook, default Gateways, security cameras, guns, ACMs, etc.- The service is provided 24/7, you will have to be fully available at the beginning since the schedule will be provided by operations according to your metrics & performance, we work only 5 days a week, you will always have 2 days off.- You will have a full paid training that will be really short (just a couple of weeks).
