**Job Summary**:
Our Exciting Opportunity.
Join us as a **Help Desk JR**!
A position to be responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that requires Dispatch Skills to ensure that services provided to Operators' customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
**You will**
- Be responsible for handling Dispatch managed services that involves Field Technician Workforce assigning and dispatching activities for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that our customer communications are working at 100%
- And Be the support to our Customer Work Orders Corrective and Preventive maintenance activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer order handling Ericsson System Intakes
- Service Desk Processes
- Field Operations Dispatch Processes
- Service Operations Activities
- Proactive Customer services
**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Technicians or Administrative talent that can be also recent graduate
- Basic communication English skills
- Minimum years of experience: At least 1 or two years on Customer Service.
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
- Teamwork skills, Working with people.
- Follow instructions & procedures and propose process improvements.
- Willing to work in shifts in a 24/7 support team
