Service Developer

**Roles and Expectations**:1. Must have hands on standard CSM process implementation2. ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.)4. Good understanding on Proactive customer service operations.5. Good Understanding about Contacts, Products in CSM.6. Good Experience in Widget Creation and Pages in CSM Portal.7. Experience in Case Assignemnt rules.8. Must have hands on ITSM and Scripting part(Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide Ajax, UI Actions)9. Experience in designing Case form in Servicenow and also experience in Portal creation.10. Good understanding of Internal and External users in Servicenow.11. Experience in Scope Based Application.**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- 4 Years Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, Math, MIS, or related Technology field- 7-10 years of software development experience.
