We encourage and challenge our employees to be their best selves, work to their highest potential, and have fun while they do it.We offer our employees an excellent salary and benefits package.Service EngineerAs a Service Engineer, you will provide technical support within the designated territory by maintaining contact with established customers, providing customers with technical support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Queretaro, Mexico location.Main responsibilities:Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic).Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.Travel for field service repairs at the customer's location and repair machines at the office.Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for CST machines.Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives.Ensure proper documentation is processed and all systems are kept current as instructed.Maintain and optimize a set parts inventory limit.What you bring to the table:Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline strongly preferred; additional directly related experience may be substituted for years of education.Strong software skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.Minimum five years of relevant experienceMust be fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent Computer skills required.Professional telephone mannerMulti-tasking capability and excellent follow-up skills.Team-oriented with strong customer service skills.Valid Driver's License and Passport required.EOE/Veterans/Disabled employer If you need an accommodation to apply, please contact HR at 603-668-8117.
