Service Engineer (Monterrey, N.L.)

Brindar soporte técnico correctivo y preventivo a los instrumentos de Anton Paar directamente en la sede de los clientes.
**Responsabilidades**:- The Service Engineer is responsible to provide support to our customers in Anton Paar product lines.- Primary responsibilities include travel to the customer facilities to perform maintenance and /or repair to the instruments.- Provide telephone support to the customers.- Provide customer training on proper use and maintenance on Anton Paar manufactured equipment.- Repair instruments in house and keep customer informed about the status of repair.- Strong collaboration with other business areas for the achievement of the company's objectives.- Complete service & travel expense reports in a timely manner.- Follow up on the status of the repairs in our CRM system.- Proactive sale of service contracts.
**Requisitos**:- Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or similar.- Skills in the use of measuring instruments and hand tools.- Proven experience (2 years) in customer service.- Excellent Service Attitude, Proactive, Organized, Responsible.- Ability to work under minimum supervision.- Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus.- Willingness to travel and or Relocate.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Fluent in written and spoken English.- Valid Passport, US Visa and Drivers License.
