The team will work closely with the Zacatecas Service center and Mining Sales to grow FLSmidth' s business in the region. The role works directly with customers and fosters relationships leading to growth within the Mining service division. As part of the North American regional Services team the position will work in a matrix organization to support and develop a wide variety of functions including Project Execution, Retrofits/rebuilds and Mining Sales.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote Mining Field Support (technical assistance, audits, commissioning, training) contracts within the Mexico region.- Responsible to identify and transfer opportunities for Site Sales to the regional Sales Site Account Manager to grow regional aftermarket order intake.- Seek to leverage existing FLS infrastructure, mining field service counterparts and resources to support expansion of Mining service business.- Prepare forecast, plans, prioritizes, coordinates and reports on Field service activities and utilization.- Responsible for customer correspondence and overall internal and external customer satisfaction in Field Operations.- Measure success of Field activities, coach and motivate Field staff to meet performance objectives.- Work closely with the Mining Industry Global Director of Technical Service and USA Regional Services manager to develop and implement growth strategies.- Assist with technical issues / problems on and off site with both customers and the field service team.- Interface with the FLS global construction & commissioning community and customer/end user to determine what that customer/end user requires for operational readiness.What you bring- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred. At least 10 yrs in plant maintenance and/or field service / commissioning management experience in material handling, minerals processing or related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English and Spanish. Demonstrate track record of the ability of communicates with both internal and external stakeholders with a high level of customer focus.- ENGINEERING SKILLS: Engineering mathematics, statistics, business and economic analysis
