**What you'll do**
- Manage all service management activities to ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with SLAs and other business metrics.
- Monitor incidents, triage them, and ensure the incidents are updated and assigned to the right team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of support and maintenance services and provide recommendations for savings and improvements.
- Manage service management processes, including the design, configuration, and implementation of service management components for new and enhanced solutions and services.
- Ensure that crucial service support processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Release Management, are implemented and effective.
- Focus on developing and implementing performance measurement and management mechanisms to drive service enhancements and seek opportunities to enhance IT's contribution and value to the business.
**Essential for the role**
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years of Service Management experience or in a position with similar responsibilities.
- Experience working within an agile software development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with people across the globe with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Proven ability to influence other teams.
- Proven experience being a team player.
