Make it your story.This position reports toService Regional Marketing & Sales Manager for LATAMYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for leading and developing the service sales team to exceed sales targets through high performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement the service sales strategy nationally aligned with global service priorities and local strategic direction to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification business area for the Service division based in Mexico City. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.You will be mainly accountable for:Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.G., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleYou have a minimum of 10 years experience in the low voltage and medium voltage market with strong leadership experience.Possess a Sales and marketing understanding, general knowledge of customer products, applications and processes, excellent skills in customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations.You have a good knowledge in contract and risk management, understand and use sales processes and related tools, knowledge of health and safety procedures.You have the ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings, find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements, and accurately estimate costs of service offerings.Ability to share and leverage cooperation and knowledge across the organization.You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish fluently.Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.What's in it for you?Join an undisputed market leader, a strong brand that markets high quality products.Manage a team of motivated individuals, help them grow and grow with them
