Responsibilities- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and service management- ITIL processes.- Demonstrate knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services, includingbusiness services and configuration item relationships.Processes.Integrity.Day to Day ActivitiesTechnical Skills and Experience- Manage sprint releases and code migrations (managing update sets) in ServiceNow.- Establish Change Advisory Boards and identify standard change management- Develop and enhance ITIL processes to optimize service delivery.- Establish platform governance to manage technical demand and ensure platform- Assisting with client account creation- Configuring RBAC for users- Creating and managing user accounts- Administering contracts between OpenAir and ServiceNow- Updating knowledge base articles- Creating and modifying reports and dashboards- Handling service requests and improvement requests- Collaborating with Client Success Managers on reports- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.- Experience with ServiceNow San Diego version or later.- Strong understanding of ITIL service management best practices.**Job Types**: Contract, Full-timeContract length: 6 monthsPay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
