Service Now Administrator

Job Requirements**In this role, you will**:Maintain and update CMDB Discovery including credential management, schedules, and mid-server infrastructureManage and resolve incidents, problems, and requests against SNow apps/services including engagement with SNow HI support where necessaryProvide on-call rotational supportPerform routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error identification/ remediationReview, test, and migrate configuration for production releaseManage instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control ListsSupport platform integrations, patches, and upgradesProvide configuration assistance to developersProvide support to external vendors with integration in all environmentsMaintain non-production instances including the scheduling and verification of instance clonesContribute to program knowledge baseSupport platform integrations including credential and token managementWork Experience**Qualifications**:5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areasFamiliarity with ServiceNow DiscoveryExperience with vendor partnerships and building relationshipsCertification as ServiceNow AdministratorITIL Foundations Certification is a plus
