Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO) Integrations with ServiceNow, Java Scripting, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, HTTP, Database Technologies such as JDBC, SQL.
- Should have experience hands on experience in ITSM module good to have experience in HRSD module
- Familiar with Agile for ServiceNow and have developed in ServiceNow Agile Methodology.
- Ability to upgrade ServiceNow instance versions, update patches as available.
- Ability to design new workflows/Flow designers and modify existing for service catalog.
- Ability to create or modify catalog items and order guides for service catalog.
- Ability to configure and design Service Now ESS portal.
- Modify, Add, Change Forms, Fields, UI Actions
- Knowledge with integrating ServiceNow with external SOAP and REST based web services.
- Strong knowledge and experience with both server and client side scripting as well when and how to use script includes.
- Ability to enable form security and field security
- Have experience with creating update sets, promoting update sets and troubleshooting update sets.
- Have experience with CMDB : tables, classes, table extensions, add custom classes, normalization and manipulation of data in stage tables, imports into prod tables
- Experience designing and implementing the following modules in ServiceNow - CMDB, Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, ESS, Event, Service Level Management and Service Catalog.
- Modify, Add, Change of Assignment Groups, User Roles, Roles permission, routing.
- Have Experience in Survey Module.
- Ability to create Reports, Schedule jobs, Fix scripts, Background scripts.
