This position requires the person to be proficient in ServiceNow development to enable product capabilities that provide a seamless user experience for Products and Services. Your role will also be part of a team that provides DevOps support for the various ITSM modules that are currently using the platform.**Your Impact**As Associate Analyst your functions would consist of:- Develop, maintain, and administer all modules within the ITSM Product suite as configured on ServiceNow.- Configure and deploy ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Employee Portal, and API Webhooks.- Provide support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis, etc. for all modules within the ITSM Product Suite- Adopt agile ways of working mindset within the DevOps team.- Maintain currency of automated test scripts via ServiceNow ATF (Automatic Test Framework)**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**:- 2 years of ServiceNow development experience required.- JavaScript development experience required.- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) required.- ServiceNow System Administrator, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification required.- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology required.- Experience with ServiceNow ATF preferred.- Preferably ITIL Certified- Preferable expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Report, and Workflow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)- Experience in the technical lifecycle of project end implementation.- Strong team player but also able to work independently without supervision
