**Project description**:
We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer for a European Client.
Our client is one of the leading multinational food and drink processing corporation.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities: ITFM Resource
Ownership of the cost flow process between SAP and Service Now, with extensive knowledge of the E2E process
Drive the discussions with stakeholders and users when enhancements are required,
Propose improvements in the tools and processes,
Document the requirements and coordinate the implementation of fixes and enhancements with the development team
Maintenance of process and technical documentation
Follow-up on technical incidents with IBM's sustain team (SAP related incidents), keeping the KPIs at a healthy level according to Nestlé's standards Required skills
4+ years of SAP Functional FICO + PS (WBS) modules
Good understanding of AIF Interfaces
Good "Consulting" + soft skills, due to constant interaction with stakeholders in mid & senior management level
The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solutions using SAP Technology
Analytical problem solving skills
Able to work self-driven and independent Nice to have:
ServiceNow experience is a plus, but not mandatory as the rest of the team is already expert on that
**Skills**:
Must have
ITIL, Service Now, Web Development, JavaScript, Problem Solving, SAP Functional
Experience developing test scripts and plans;
Experience working on an agile team;
LDAP/Active Directory knowledge;
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required;
Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field;
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features;
Experience in a Managed Services environment;
Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL;
Minimum 4 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation;
Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow;
Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment;
Effectively collaborate with other engineers remotely;
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Nice to have
Familiarity with LAN rev or a comparable lifecycle management platform is a plus
