This includes proposing and monitoring service KPIs, ensuring adherence to contractually agreed SLAs, generating service level reports, conducting service follow-up meetings, evaluating customer satisfaction.. Additionally, he/she must standardize processes, manage service transitions efficiently, and provide visibility into the service status.
