Our mission is to improve the flow of urban life and make our world's cities better places to live by providing innovative solutions that help make people's journeys safe, convenient and reliable.Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as a Service Operations Excellence Specialist in Mexico City?As our Service Operations Excellence Specialist, you will support the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager in the frontline to implement, ensure compliance and maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations according to agreed focus areas.Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.Support Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers in setting and following-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model.Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in the usage of maintenance tools and processes.Responsible for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the FL.Identify and collect potential improvement ideas and contribute to the future development plans of global methods.Hands-on support to new deployments, the implementation, utilization and constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools to become part of daily operations (e.G.
