**A Snapshot of your Day**

Service Operations is seeking a motivated and talented financial analyst to join their team in Querétaro, Mexico. As one of the organization's financial analysts, you will support the Open Market Parts and Repairs team by working closely with operational partners to ensure financial accuracy. A Service Operations Financial Analyst collaborates daily in the activities of revenue recognition, repairing/consolidating/analyzing financial statements, required disclosures, budgets, and key performance measures associated with Parts and/or Repair projects predominantly operating under the completed performance method. Financial presentations for both Global and Domestic management are prepared to provide transparency around the operational performance of the organization. You focus on fostering great customer relationships and ensuring we deliver on key performance indicators as forecasted, in line with internal and external regulations.

The analyst is a key commercial partner responsible for financial performance regarding P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

This position provides great professional exposure and grants an opportunity to learn not only financial and accounting processes but experience operating in a complex manufacturing environment. You are empowered to improve and evolve the role and seek efficiency opportunities in day-to-day processes.

**How You'll Make an Impact**
- The specific responsibilities assigned to the position are (but not limited to):

- Forecasting of product line Key Performance Indications - Orders Entered, Revenue, Margin, EBIT, and Free Cash Flow and analyzing data for fluctuations to provide commentary on deviations.
- Prepare & analyze reports from SAP and other databases/tools.
- Month-end closing responsibilities including journal entry postings with appropriate documentation related to revenue and direct cost recognition.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of management reporting packages on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Preparing testing packages/samples for external auditor review as required
- Work on ad hoc requests and projects as required.

**What You Bring**
- BA/BS Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
- 6+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Highly proficient in SAP and Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem-solving.
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines is a must.
- Able to successfully complete tasks as assigned in an efficient manner and within a reasonable amount of time.
- Possess the ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English with the ability to interact appropriately with customers and all levels of management.
- Knowledge of analytical tools including Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
