- Your acumen to deploy the Service Operations capabilities and develop service commercial plans with divisional Managers.- We need your expertise to Secure a strong QHSE culture within the service centres and field service organization.- As a service company you need to create an excellent customer experience measuring every step throughout the whole process.- Sustainability approach is important to help us on create projects in the SOP department to mitigate the carbon footprint.- Continuous improvement must be your mantra to drive efficiency improvements in Service Operations by innovative processes and technologies and drive change management to adapt to new market demands to increase competitiveness.- Since you will be responsible for Service will be relevant that you demonstrate experience in people management (direct reports 1-5)- With your leadership skills you will drive the Service Operations Management team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according to the Service strategy with a strong customer orientated mindset.- Your people management experience will help you to develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure resource & development plans linked to the Service strategy are in place and executed.- With your financial skills you will control the cost centre forecast and result including investments strongly aligned with Service sales as well as monitor progress against financial targets.- Important that you demonstrate digital and marketing skills to support proactive service sales by lead generation in collaboration with Service sales.- And with your data driven experience you will secure that relevant KPIs are in place to measure and improve performance.
The profile that fit with these duties is:
- A bachelor's degree professional in business, engineering, or any related field, master is a plus.- Has manufacture experience on metal work industry with proven knowledge.- At least 8 years of experience in similar roles with people management experience- Proved English skills C1 or proficiency level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
