This role is in charge of the North Americas Region Service Parts Organization Logistics.**_ Responsibilities_**- Act as regional logistics analyst in terms of 3PL performance- Be the focal point and regional owner for logistics cost control and alignment as part of the financial month end closure process- Solves complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations; executing program strategies; or coordinating integration of small acquisitions.- Monitors programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks associated with regional logistics set up; identifies issues and proposed solutions with limited guidance.- Collaborates with or leads teams to maintain and enhance the current business objectives, such as cost- management, KPI performance etc.- Provides independent, analytic, and strategic support.- Contribute with solutions to resolve high complexity issues and cross functional operations improvement initiatives- Mentors lower level contributors.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.- Typically 4-5 years of experience in supply chain function.- Global experience preferred.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Mastery in English and local language.- Strong understanding of supply chain/planning processes.- Strong analytical aptitude.- Strong communication skills.- Good understanding of corporate compliance.- Good project management and presentation skills.- Good excel skills- Attached to timelines and goalsIn accordance with applicable law, an offer of employment is conditional upon you providing proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID 19 (as defined by the CDC) as of your first day of employment.HP is an equal opportunity employer:AboutAbout HPYou're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
