In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating parts planning activities to ensure efficient operations and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement parts planning strategies to ensure the availability of parts and materials as required.- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.- Monitor inventory levels and manage re-ordering processes to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.- Analyze parts usage patterns and forecast future requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their parts requirements and ensure they are met.- Handle return merchandise authorizations and coordinate with the relevant teams for replacement or repair.- Conduct regular reviews of parts planning processes and implement improvements as necessary.- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.- Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish Proven experience in parts planning, inventory management, or a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Outstanding communication and team management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.- Knowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing processes.LI-SG**Not ready to apply?
