.**Service Performance Management Assistant****Purpose of the position**The role is part of the Service Performance Management (SPM) team in order to support on the main activities and responsibilities with an oversight over different governments and processes, being capable to managing and tracking activities and perform status report**Activites**- Tracking and continuous monitoring/reporting regarding to local regulatory requirements- Key information gathering required to elaborate material for Senior Management forums- Follow up of CAO MX & LAM topics in order to maintain effective management/governance- Manage and status report elaboration regarding action points of team's sessionsInventory control and management for Internal and external third partiesRequirements**Requiriments**- Manage multidisciplinary and cross line of business stakeholders- Work under pressure- Work on Team and Objective oriented- Effective time management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Be able to establish good working relationships with our colleagues and support the team with maintaining 'trusted advisor' relationships.
