.**Service Performance Management Assistant****Purpose of the position**The role is part of the Service Performance Management (SPM) team in order to support on the main activities and responsibilities with an oversight over different governments and processes, being capable to managing and tracking activities and perform status report**Activites**- Tracking and continuous monitoring/reporting regarding to local regulatory requirements- Key information gathering required to elaborate material for Senior Management forums- Follow up of CAO MX & LAM topics in order to maintain effective management/governance- Manage and status report elaboration regarding action points of team's sessionsInventory control and management for Internal and external third partiesRequirements**Requiriments**- Manage multidisciplinary and cross line of business stakeholders- Work under pressure- Work on Team and Objective oriented- Effective time management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Be able to establish good working relationships with our colleagues and support the team with maintaining 'trusted advisor' relationships. This includes relationships with the cross function and cross line of business teams and stakeholders- Senior management packs and reporting elaboration- Desirable High English Language level (spoken and written)- Lead multidisciplinary teams- Effective communication to Senior management (spoken and written)- Elaborate and present status report to Senior Management forums- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter and effective collaborator- Innovative and able to assess needs and propose solutions- Excellent time management skills- Capability to work in a dynamic environment- Driven to succeed with a focus on driving progress against timelines; - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for your area, provide knowledge sharing sessions and thought leadership- Excellent skills on task analysis and prioritization- Effective communication- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and co-ordinate stakeholders working towards agreed objectives and timelines, across multiple geographies and disciplinesHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
