**Position Summary**:The Service Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for sales, marketing, planning and development of the Koops' Service team. Also helps coordinate the daily activities of the Service Team in the most cost-effective manner while continuing to promote customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:- Provide Customer Service Excellence to customers both internally and externally to improve customer satisfaction and relationships.- Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals- Help drive sales and marketing on the service team.- Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc. Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers- Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer's requests- Review and maintain all paperwork, including processing orders, dispatch of parts and final invoicing in a timely manner for all service work- Expected to participate in periodic field service visits with or in lieu of regular Field Service Engineer resources in order to help strengthen customer relationships and maintain personal familiarity of the FS role.
