Accountable for customer satisfaction with the services provided, which include some or all of the following: whole product and/or component advance exchange or swap and on-premise basic product & store equipment problem diagnosis, adjustment and/or repair.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Service Representative I **will involve:**Responsibilities**:- Accountable for individual results which may have an impact on the results of the overall service team. Responsible to meet or exceed the technical and operational business measurements for assigned workload.- Submits accurate and timely reports, Quality Service Activity Reporting System (QSARS), time cards, etc.- For assigned territory, training and parts, is responsible to accurately manage and account for business expenses.- May provide recommendations that will improve TGCS revenue/expense/profit in assigned accounts
