**About this opportunity**:
Be responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that requires Dispatch and Logistics Skills to ensure that services provided to Operators' customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will also be responsible for receiving work orders from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs resolving them to the customer's happiness and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.
**What you will do**:
- Handling Dispatch and Logistics led services that involves Field Technician team assigning, dispatching and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that our customer communications are working at 100% for 50 countries around the world.
- Looking after Logistics topics as RMA, Material and Telecommunication device deliveries and return to different vendors.
- Service Desk Processes
- Field Operations Dispatch Processes
- Service Operations Activities
- Proactive Customer services
**You will bring**:
- Engineers or Administrative talent that can be also recent graduate (Preferential Telecom or IT but not mandatory).
- Advance communication English skills.
- Basic experience on Service Desk or Customer Service.
- Excel basic skills.
- Partnership skills, Working with people.
- Desirable basic Programming Skills.
