A position to be responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities that requires Dispatch and Logistics Skills to ensure that services provided to Operators' customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.You will also be responsible for receiving work orders from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.**You will**- Be responsible for handling Dispatch and Logistics managed services that involves Field Technician Workforce assigning and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that our customer communications are working at 100% for 50 countries around the world.- And Be the support to our Customer Work Orders Corrective and Preventive maintenance activities.**Responsibilities**:- Customer order handling- Service Desk Processes- Field Operations Dispatch Processes- Service Operations Activities**To be successful in the role you must have**- Education: Recent graduate for engineer preferential IT or Telecom careers- Advance English skills- Desirable 1 -2 years of experience in Service Desk or Service Support Specialist- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills- Team Work skills- Handle instructions & procedures- Excel Intermediate or advance skills**Additional Requirements**:- Progamming Skills Basic or intermediate level would be an advantage.- Fast learner used to being trained by online means.**What´s in it for you?**Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of fearless decisions.
