Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills.**Key Responsibilities/Outcomes**:- Under direct supervision, applies engineering methods and techniques to the integration, qualification and/or support or products and tools within one or more limited but developing areas of expertise.- Functions as an escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.- Works cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.- While the primary schedule will be first shift, may be required to work a flexible schedule with pay as needed.**You will be successful in this role if you have**:- Requires a Bachelor's and related work experience.- ServiceNow experience using or administering, Field Services Management preferred.
