**What success looks like in this role**:
**Role Purpose**:
Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills.
**Key Responsibilities/Outcomes**:
- Under direct supervision, applies engineering methods and techniques to the integration, qualification and/or support or products and tools within one or more limited but developing areas of expertise.
- Functions as an escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
- Works cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.
- While the primary schedule will be first shift, may be required to work a flexible schedule with pay as needed.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Requires a Bachelor's and related work experience.
- ServiceNow experience using or administering, Field Services Management preferred. Advanced Spreadsheet user experience, database experience is a plus.
