Fluency in English at a native level is a must. Your role will be crucial in gathering requirements, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical team members, and facilitating successful collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating relevant documentation and developing automated test cases.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- software development, particularly with web technologies HTML, CSS, and RESTful web services for developing user interfaces and integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- creating relevant documentation and developing automated test cases.
- customizing server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, UI scripts, and working with custom tables.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a ServiceNow developer role
- Relevant ServiceNow certification, minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified HR Service Deliverry Implementer
- Prior experience in software development, particularly with web technologies HTML, CSS, and RESTful web services for developing user interfaces and integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript that is customizing server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, UI scripts, and working with custom tables.
- Experience in ServiceNow development tools like Flow Designer, AppEngine Studio, and UI Builder
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, data model, and development best practices
- Knowledge of ITIL and agile practices like Srcum or SAFe; certification preferred
