Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Java.
- Hands-on experience in building HR, Risk, Finance, Facilities Management, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database.
- Understanding of the development of Service Portal (Widgets, Angular JS, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs.
- Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn a new business area's objectives, structures, operations, and policies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented person with an inherent ability to multi-task.
- Strong problem-resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Report under Enabling Units Service Now Delivery Team Lead.
- Carry out development in HR, Risk, Finance, Facilities Management, CSM, and other needed ServiceNow modules.
- Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomes.
- Be empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes.
- Support and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive, and energetic way.
- Be aware of the impact of the solutions you provide on other platform areas.
- Challenge the norm, transform working methods, stimulate new thinking, and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into precise, detailed functional requirements.
- Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
- Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating discussions and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process.
- Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, and process flow.
- Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.
- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps.
- Identify and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business processes.
- Build a trusted partnership with the Product Owner and Engineers.
- Oversee the requirements collection and assist with effort estimates, where appropriate.
- Ensure reusable knowledge is captured as part of project & enhancement delivery.
- Perform as a key contributor to the governance of customization versus configuration across the SNOW community.
- Contribute to test and release automation by setting up and maintaining automated test sets and partnering with the ECS Testing team.
Will be a plus:
- Degree or equivalent in computing/engineering.
- Experience with ServiceNow BA.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
