You will get an opportunity to build innovating product which solves client's problem.**The opportunity**We're looking for a Functional Consultant / BA is responsible for leading / driving end to end requirements management process in a ServiceNow implementation project. The role is required to have deep knowledge / experience on the ServiceNow platform and end to end functionality of one or more ServiceNow modules. This person should be a strong communicator, organiser and have excellent people and customer service skills balanced with technical skills.**Your key responsibilities**- Organise and drive requirements gathering workshops.- Responsible for capturing, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements- Create a close connect with the client business teams- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team- Understand and document As-Is business processes.
