We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer who is passionate about our Principle Based Management culture.
This role involves mentoring, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our team to achieve goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how code functions within the ServiceNow platform and demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability in their work.
You will lead the development and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications, focusing on building new features and resolving technical issues, while continuously innovating to enhance business productivity and streamline processes.
As a technical leader, you will guide and support developers, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practices.
Working closely with others in an Agile environment, you will help lead and shape a citizen developer capability, participate in code reviews and share insights to foster collaboration.
Additionally, you will work with other lead developers to conduct training sessions and maintain documentation to help guide and set standards for others using ServiceNow.

What You Will DoUtilize development best practices to design and develop new ServiceNow applications, Flows, and catalog requestsContinually find new ways to boost business productivity and streamline processes on the ServiceNow platformGuide and support developers, sharing knowledge, consulting and encouraging best practices within the teamActively participate in an Agile environment working closely with others, engaging in code review, sharing insights and fostering collaboration.Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip end-users as well as maintain and design detailed documentationContinually learn and stay current with latest features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform helping to design and implement developer enablement processWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Demonstrated experience developing within at least one major module in ServiceNow and a deep understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform functionalityAbility and desire to inspire and lead both technical and non-technical team membersAbility to prioritize tasks based on business value and impactExcellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teamsStrong decision making, optimization, critical thinking, organizational & analytical skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and participating in SCRUM practicesWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in a lead or trainer role, with a focus on mentoring and guiding team developmentExperience developing in multiple ServiceNow modules, showcasing a breadth of platform expertiseProven track record of successful API-based integrations between ServiceNow and other applicationsAbility to innovate and implement solutions that enhance business productivity and process efficiencyExperience conducting training sessions and workshops, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvementAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
