This role will also provide the technical consultation for customers, customer support group and implementation teams.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, UI customization and interfaces utilizing ServiceNow platform.Ability to develop data modeling and design.Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations.Build standalone applications consuming ServiceNow Web Services and APIs.Ability to consume RESTFul Web Services in combination with ServiceNow.Support ServiceNow platform configuration and growth direction.Conduct full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes.Resolve tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members along the way.Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices.Work collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones and locations.Qualifications:2+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow design, development and configuration in the areas of ITSM, ITOM and IT administration.2+ years of experience with APIs and integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and other systems.2+ years working experience with Git and CI/CD tool suites.Experience with data modeling design and architecture.Certifications in ITIL and/or TOGAF is a plus.Ability to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
