This position is **100% remote**, allowing you to work from anywhere in the region.**Objective**As a Technical Trainer at ServiceNow, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing training programs that help employees and teams master the company's technology solutions. As part of the SkillNow training center within our Center of Excellence, you will not only teach but also actively contribute to the design and development of training paths and materials. This role will empower you to work closely with stakeholders, track trainee progress, and support the transition from training to production environments.**Key Responsibilities**- **Deliver Expert Training**: Conduct technical training sessions (onsite, remote, or hybrid) on various ServiceNow products tailored to diverse technical audiences.- **Develop Training Content**: Collaborate in designing and enhancing training materials, curricula, and learning paths aligned with organizational goals.- **Track Progress**: Monitor and document trainee performance, providing regular feedback and ensuring alignment with professional development goals.- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow products and industry trends to continually refine training materials and approaches.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Director of Delivery and Director of Operations to ensure seamless integration of training into real-world use cases and production environments.**Qualifications and Skills**- **Certifications**: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIP) **in at least 3 areas** (e.G., CSA, ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CAD, SecOps, HRSD).- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in ServiceNow platforms, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- **Training Experience**: Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Trainer in a tech environment, with hands-on experience delivering training to diverse audiences.- **Communication & Presentation**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present complex technical concepts clearly.- **Software Tools**: Familiar with productivity tools, video conferencing platforms, and other training technologies.- **Agile Experience**: Familiar with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
