Award-winning and cloud-based customer service software Global Company trusted by +200k companies is looking for: "Services Consultant" Requirements: Fully bilingual Bachelor´s degree and At least +3 years experience with: Good understanding of SaaS product implementation process and infrastructure requirements  Professional consulting experience, ideally in a customer-facing role Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills Willing and able to travel domestically up to 50% Responsabilities: Guide, educate and train customers to give them proactive assistance as they onboard and configure their SaaS Ability to manage projects to a timeline, based on the scope provided, and ensure deadlines Maintain product expertise across the product line Collaborate in establishing world-class customer service policies, processes and standards Provide business consultation for customers, capture the business problem, and configure their platform in order to meet and exceed expectations Conduct meetings onsite and remotely according to the methodology standards The position offers: Base salary according experience $40,000 - $60,000 gross Performance Bonus International exposure Growth in a fast paced environment Full benefits: Familiar Major & Minor medical + life, Gympass Familiar dental + vision insurance, 30-day christmas bonus, Food vouchers, Mobile phone + internet allowance Profit Sharing program If you have the skills and requirements, apply now!
