***:This position reports to the Technical Support Manager Americas and will be responsible to help and develop specific projects related to automate and build bots using RPA, for services and other departments and provide testing and evaluations of each according to a schedule agenda to deliver these projects and based on feedback of users to update or improvements.**SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES**:- Implementation of RPA Automation projects related to improving customer experience and technical support as well as many other areas- Interact with different teams to get the real needs and transfer this knowledge in solutions for Service department.- Able to develop code using any programming software- To have meetings with internal customers and Tech support to start initial request and understanding to follow expectations based on these meetings.- Contact internal/external customers to resolve quote issues- Ensure that all issues/concerns on open service tickets are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
