Service Sales ManagerDrives sales and is responsible for the growth of the Power Generation Services business in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesAchieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets, business strengths, and customer needs.Work closely with Commercial Operations, Service Operations, Service Execution, and Product Line Managers.Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.Manage month-end and year-end close processes.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.Follow industry trends locally and internationally.Report on successes and areas needing improvements.Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.Collaborate with sales and operations team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.Maintain a strong understanding of business position and competition to keep business competitive.Report weekly on sales strategies, forecasts, and anticipated outcomes.Protect company confidential information by not communicating, disclosing, or using for the benefit of third parties and maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.Perform other duties as may be required.QualificationsBachelor's degree (BS) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.Supports 365/24/7 service operations for internal and external customers with a mission of providing reliable and excellent customer service.
