Our specialty sectors are healthcare, travel, technology, and financial services.As the leading customer experience firm, companies rely on them to drive their business forward by transforming customer care into something extraordinary and consistently delivering positive interactions across the globe in 32 languages.We are seeking a Technical Support Representatives with experience on the ServiceTitan SaaS platform.Hourly rate in USD: $11/hourShift Schedule : M-F full time business hours**Responsibilities**:- Remote software troubleshooting and new implementation management role for a separate company that uses Servicetitan software.- You will manage the support ticket queue and documentation- Meet and exceed client satisfaction measures and maintain and exceed KPIs such as response times- Work with remote end-users to debug issues and provides solutions or escalate issues as determined necessary- Utilize knowledge bases and documentation to debug issues- Collaborate with your co-workers to enhance technical skills, resolve client issues, and improve our processes- Work with end-users to set expectations on time to resolve more complex issues and follows up with end-users on the status of issues- Work with predefined procedures (escalation paths, service level agreement guidelines, definition of issue type, priority, and impact) for the technical support team- Perform other duties as assigned by management**Requirements**:- Solid background in remote software troubleshooting.- 1+ years of experience providing tech support ServiceTitan SAAS is a must.- Advanced level of communication in English, both written and spoken.- Must have a **laptop/desktop** which meets the minimum qualifications:- Must have **Dual Monitors** (2 Monitors)- ** Processor**:- Core i5 or higher- RAM - 8GB or higher- ** Bandwidth Requirements Minimum**:- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps- Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps- A **quiet, private place** in your home where you can work without backgroung**Benefits**:- Work from home- Access to diverse projects- Opportunities for professional growth- Collaboration with diverse teams- No commute time- No dress code (unless there's a meeting!)- Eco-friendly work lifestyle- Exposure to a multicultural team- Potential for long-term engagement- Improved work-life balance4NwBEmr8bS
