**The Role**:
Purpose
Accountabilities:
This position will be responsible to have a business assurance into the SFS Mexico, she or he needs to coordinate with internal and external stakeholder, key partners, to guarantee an end-to-end business compliance with fuel operative standard as SAT, AML, PCI, data privacy, data integrity across platforms as ERP & WEX, etc.
(local and global regulations).
Key component of this role is to have assurance about reflect an accurate accounting, cash position, for Shell and customer & dealers balance into the WEX platform and ERP (OP / OC), and all operation are done based on local guidelines and consider specific SAT laws for fuel payment and electronic invoices and E-Accounting for Mexico.
This position has an important role to enforce all Shell General Business Principles and Code of Conduct to operate our SFS business, this could include all KYC policies for Shell & UIF/AML.
Also, he or she needs to make sure that we live our policies, procedures, technology, and guideline defined under SAT license to operate the business also coordinate SAT Annual Audit and Renew LoC.
Some specific responsibilities are:
- Perform regular reconciliation across all key operative systems to make sure that general accounting principles are implemented end-to-end, and we have data integrity across all operative systems (WEX vs ERP vs SAT vs Bank)
- Have assurance of Data Integrity across WEX different modules, for customers and dealers and manual Interfaces between WEX and GSAP.
- Make sure that we reconciliate WEX systems, (everything is invoice to dealers and customers; we Collected all transactions & Reflected as AR)
- We pay all dealers all transactions
- Make sure that we post all invoices to GSAP
- Validate that we reflect our AR with customers as should be reflected among WEX and with GSAP
- Authorize Invoice Cancelation for fleet Business into SAT Platform & WEX
- Prepare monthly AML Reports for all customers, based on preset criteria's (Prepaid & Postpaid).
- Send monthly reports to local AML Authority (UIF - Government Entity)
- Validate process and policies for the SFS -MX business, aligned with SAT licenses.
- Support the business with SAT requirements as transactional information of SFS Business, # sites, vol, etc.
- Issue Annual Bond or credit of letter to SAT and share it with SAT.
- Support Annual Audits and Documents updates.
- Keep compliance aligned with Annual changes in the law as of invoices, new rules to operate SFS-MX (DOF).
- Implement control for different areas into SFS to make sure that budget is followed as planned.

Required Experience Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, accounting is a plus.
B2B cards experience/knowledge is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of the B2B market at Mexico
SAT knowledge about E-invoicing, E-Accounting, Appendix 28 for fuel payment Project planning.
Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong English skills as verbal and written communication
Experience in proactively identifying insights and finding creative ways to find solutions to problems
