Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman's and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:Improve environmental performance in the MCO's operations by ensuring adequate knowledge of standards and regulations of the coordinators of the different sites; guarantee the adequate reporting and management of environmental indicators, as well as identify, together with the sites, those improvement projects to reduce or eliminate the environmental impact of operations, meeting our objectives established in the Unilever Compass regarding sustainability.**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:- Coordinate and manage regulatory compliance and applicable environmental regulations with the environmental coordinators of the factories.- Comply with corporate environmental standards established by the region, monitoring them through corresponding reports such as the Dashboard and EPR, with the support of the factory coordinators.- Propose, plan, and develop projects that improve the environmental performance of the plant based on a structured prioritization and aligned to the fulfillment of the company's environmental objectives.- Promote development of sustainability culture within the company, through training, campaigns, and awareness.- Be aware of regulatory changes that may directly or indirectly affect the controls implemented in the factories related to the environmental impact of the relevant variables.- Constantly promote the reduction of atmospheric emissions, generation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, discharge of pollutants to effluents, as well as the correct use of water and electricity in our operations.- Support the line leaders of operations directly in the investigation of environmental incidents, identifying root causes and taking countermeasures to solve the incident ensuring non-recurrence.**WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:- Advanced English- Bachelor's level, preferably Environmental or Chemical.- Management of Waste and Environmental Emissions.- People Development (trainings and qualifications).- Good manufacturing practices.- Preventive and corrective actions.- Emergency care plan.- Cost optimization and waste reduction.- Project management (ideally)- Growth Mindset- Consumer & Customer Focus- Bias for Action- Accountability & Responsibility- Building Talent & Teams**NOTE
