Travel~50%Position SummaryThe role will play a pivotal role in executing Buckman's SHERQ strategy. The SHERQ Coordinator is responsible to ensure compliance on Buckman policies and procedures on Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Health & Environment.Regulatory affairs COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT, SAGARPA (SADER)Maintaining MSDS updates
- Collaboration with sales and operations to ensure SHE requirements' compliance.
- Management of LTIR & OIR indicators
- Establishing good communication with warehouses to ensure compliance.
- Advising Buckman about ergonomics for associate's health and safety
- Hazmat (hazardous materials regulations), warehouse and transports
- To coordinate internal and external ISO audits
- Managing Non-Conformance's process and monitoring action plans
- To provide support to Quality Assurance to approve products' specifications
- To provide COAs to customers in timely manner.
- To coordinate samples' analysis with warehouses or suppliers to ensure quality standards and/or extend shelf life.
- To carry out product updates (raw materials and finished product) in the SAP system
- Overseeing tolling agreements/contracts' compliance
- Collaborating with other operation areas to ensure supply on time.
- Ensuring full compliance of tollers with quality requirements.
- Maintaining registrations, licenses and certification updated (Mexico and Central America)
- Execute disposal of chemicals according to regulations
