Responsibilities:

Supervises the activity of production operators.
Interacts with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling.
Assists lead setups with quality issues and schedule changes as required.
Expedites materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment in order to minimize production delays.
Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.
Leads by example in line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
High level of commitment and flexibility.
Willingness and ability to work shifts.
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
